Here is how to check where your Bobsaver Hardware order is.
1. Use your dispatch email
We send you an email as soon as your order is dispatched. Where your parcel is sent with a tracked service, that email contains the tracking number and a link to follow your parcel on the carrier's website.
2. Check your order status online
Your order confirmation email contains a View your order link that shows the live status of your order, including dispatch and tracking details once available.
If you have a customer account, you can also sign in and view all your orders here: My orders. Sign in with the email address you used at checkout.
3. Delivery timescales
- Dispatch: within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
- Transit: usually 2–6 working days after dispatch.
- Estimated total: 3–8 working days from placing your order.
- Cost: free standard delivery on every UK order.

4. Can't find your tracking information?
Please check your spam or promotions folder for our emails. If you still cannot find them, or your parcel has not arrived within 8 working days of dispatch, contact us with your order number and we will check the status for you:
